No stranger to the entertainment industry, Ali LeRoi (The Chris Rock Show, Everybody Hates Chris, Are We There Yet?) is a writer, television director, and producer who now takes the helm directing his first feature film, The Obituary of Tunde Johnson. Supported by an intelligent script written by Nigerian-born Stanley Kalu, the film explores the everyday threats of racism, homophobia, and police brutality in contemporary society. Along with their cast, this dynamic writer-director duo will delve into the importance of authentic storytelling and tackling challenging topics through a fresh lens.
